Deposit
All bookings require a 50% deposit OR a deposit of 1 night stay, which will be charged to secure reservation. Payable by credit card. NYS sales tax (8%) and bed tax (4%) not included in prices.
Policies
- Rooms are not handicapped accessible (all are on the second floor)
- $5 deposit due at time of key pick up
- No Pets
- No Smoking
- 2 night minimum required on weekends
- Roll-A-Ways or Air Mattress available upon request
- Cancellation: deposit minus $25 will be returned only if room is rebooked.
- Check in: 4pm, Check out: 11am. If these times are not convenient, please make special arrangements with our staff prior to arrival.
